WHAT NOW?????

My head is spinning so fast. This can not be happening. On November 30, 2013 in Valencia, Calif.; we lost a very important person in the movie business. His name was Paul Walker. I am sure you are familiar with the name. He has appeared in a variety of movies and mostly was one of the leading roles. He is most famous for his role in the Fast and Furious sequel. Before his passing; he was in the middle of the making of fast and furious 7. Paul walker was seen moments before the crash and they say he was happy. He had just left his charity event. Now I know that you are thinking that dieing in car crashes is normal because most people die in car crashes, but I feel that he kind of put himself in danger. The reason being is that the car was in a street race with another car. I am sure they know what was wrong with this picture because they knew how fast a Porsche Carrera GT goes. Do not get me wrong; I am a huge fan of Paul Walker, but I think that they knew something was going to go wrong. The Porsche is an extremely fast car that a lot of people can not handle, even professionals. He would be truly missed because there would not be any more fast and furious movies, and if there is; they would not be the same. Paul leaves behind a fifteen year old daughter. so WHAT NOW for the making of the fast and furious 7?

What a shame

With such foul behavior; I do not know how this man landed this position. Mayor Rob Ford is setting a bad example for people all over the world. He does not show behaviors of a man that should be in office. The way that he is going you would not expect this from a person in office and that's why I can see people getting upset with him. In a recent video; you can see one of the eratic behaviors that mayor Ford displays. He is seen being extremely drunk and ranting about things that he should not be saying. This is not the only thing that shows that he should not be in office. He has admitted to buying and using illegal drugs. Wait what? Yes, thats right. That is not acceptable from anyone and he should realize that he has a position that people are sure to be watching him. Mayor Tom Ford is saying that he is not going to quit because he feels that he can still do his job. But I beg to differ. Being the mayor is not only being able to do your job, but to also be able to lead an example and show poeple that you are capable in doing your job. Right now, all he has done was make people dispise him even more and they do not want to see him in office. I sure hope that he would get himself together very soon or he would be seeing himself without a job.

Hospitals are there to make us feel better.

Hospitals are there to help you, make you feel as comfortable as possible, and also safe. But you cant say that for all of the Hospitals? In San Francisco General Hospital; a woman was discovered dead in the hospital's stairwells. The bad part of it all is that they found her nine days after she had disappered. The staff of the hospital had made a lot of mistakes. They said that the woman was African-American, but sheriffs later found out that she was Caucasian. Why the need to lie? They had a lack of  surveillance equipment that could have helped them find this woman sooner. She could have been alive if they had all the cameras that they needed. I think that this hospital should have more patrols. They should check on their patients and make sure they are fine and comfortable. The hospital needs a lot of work to do so that the people that come to their facillity can feel like they are there to get the help that they needed. Maybey that's the reason the woman left because she felt that no one was helping her and she probably wanted to leave to get better help. What know? All that is left to do is apologize to the family and ensure that this will not happen to anyone else. But there is still a lot of questions that need to be answered as to how she got there.

Was it, or was it not?

On October 22, 2013 another young boy's life was ended and cut short. In Santa Rosa, Calif., 13 year old Andy Lopez was shot and killed by a deputy that mistook the boy for a man trying to raise fire on his partner and him. This all happened in an open field . The boy was apparently walking to his friend's house carrying the toy gun and when deputies arrived they asked him to put the gun down. The boy, then, tried to walk over to the police officers. One of the deputies fired seven shots to the boy ending his life. Another toy gun was recovered from him. Whit this case, some people say that it is similar to the Trayvon Martin case. People say that they violated the boys civil rights. The deputy was to jumpy because he instantly reacted. This deputy was very skilled and he knew how to tell a real gun from a toy gun. The case is under investigation. Was it, or was it not that they violated the boy's civil rights? I feel like they were using extremely to much force and taking it way too seriously. If Andy was going to attempt something; then they could have shot him at least two or three times. He was not right for shooting that boy seven times. Something does not seem right. Police hardly shoot people that many times. He had to have seen something in the boy that they did not like and they decided to take the life of that boy. I just think that he had a right to shoot them, but only if the boy was harming him in a way and I do not think that seven shots was necessary.

What A Waste of Time

Angry people protesting against government shutdown

Is there really a need for a government shutdown? Did it really have to reach this point? All the shutdown has done was create drama and enraged people. Peoples' lives are being affect by this and the two parties, Democratic and Republicans, can not come up with some type of an agreement that would end the shutdown. What this shutdown is doing to people is making them act out in a way that they would not do. For Example: A woman, who was being treated for postpartum distress, led police on a chase to the capital of Washington. In the back seat of her car was her toddler child. Shots were being fired from both sides. The results of the chase was not a good one. The woman died, but her toddler was not injured. So you can see what kind of an effect this has on people. Who would this affect? Well, it would affect all the families out there, our government, as well as our country. Export and Import with other countries would cost a lot more than it would have cost. As of today the government has been shut down for 17 days and everyday that it stays closed it would cost the government about $1.6 billion a week, $300 million a day, or $12.5 million an hour. On October 17, 2013 with The Senate voting 81-18 in favor of the measure, while the House voting 285-144 in favor;the government shutdown ended.

War with Syria?

It all dated back to March 2011 when protests against President Bashar al-Assad's regime. His people were accusing him of the abuse of human rights. On August 2013, The Syrian government launched series of chemical weapons upon civilians, killing thousands of their own people. If we were to go to war with Syria who would it affect. It would affect us, the ties we have with other countries, and also Syria, But the real question here is should we go to war with Syria. I think that America does not need to get involved in a war that is immoral. They are already poorer due to the endless wars we have. America feels that they should be policing the world and getting into everyone's business. We put ourselves in positions where we do not have the money to be doing those things. If we were to attack Syria then we ourselves are killing innocent Civilians. Say that we do attack Syria and it is not successful, then Assad will come back even harder. The attack would enrage him, resulting in him killing even more civilians. Another reason why not to go to war with Syria is because of our allies. With the little allies we have, going to war would jeopardize our relationship with those countries. With the different kinds of wars going on in other countries; why should we get involved with this one. American should just leave this up to another country to deal with.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3HdWRp2Q-g

Crisis or Conflict

"Conflict builds character. Crisis defines it", said Steven V. Thulon. This statement is very true because for one when you go through a conflict that same conflict can make or break you as a person. it can also develops your character and builds it up. Crisis defines it means that Crisis defines the person you become based upon your character you achieve through conflict.

A Conflict can come from a Crisis and a crisis can come from a conflict. For example , when you go through a crisis like being pregnant the conflict that will come from that would be whether or not you would want to keep the baby or give the baby up. It can also go the other way around arguing with a love one would be a conflict and the crisis that can come from that is the result of the love one dying.

If you are a good story teller; you differentiate between a conflict and a crisis. Having conflicts and crisis in a story engage the reader. they would want to know more about the story and what is going on. The conflict, which makes the story worth reading, involves the reader in the humanity of the characters involved in the story.

Crisis is a emergency and conflict is a clash of wills, a difficult moral choice. So for beginning authors they often focus on the existing crisis rather than the conflict that makes readers care about the characters enduring the crisis.

Sometimes when a character or person values something they are in conflict with another person about that conflict or in conflict with themselves. .

Conflict and crisis shapes a person's life
